- All claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging where possible.
3. Clearance and Reduced Items
As we are a clearance store, some products may be discounted due to their condition (such as minor cosmetic flaws, packaging damage, or other imperfections).
- These conditions will be clearly stated or displayed at the time of purchase.
- Items sold under these conditions are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, as the condition has been disclosed prior to sale.
4. How to Initiate a Return (for Damaged/Faulty Items)
To initiate a return for a damaged or faulty item:
